To make these adult-approved treats, I reached for the new Salted Caramel Vodka Mudshake. It’s a pre-mixed, ready-to-drink beverage that literally tastes like dessert in a bottle.

Salted Caramel Boozy Popsicles Recipe

You’ll Need:

  • Salted Caramel Vodka Mudshake
  • Fresh 10% cream
  • Popsicle molds

Directions

Combine one part cream and two parts Salted Caramel Vodka Mudshake in a popsicle mold until full. Stir to combine.

Freeze until completely solid for at least six hours or overnight.

Once ready to serve, remove the boozy popsicles from the molds by running the bottoms and sides of the molds under warm water. Feel free to drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce if you’re feeling particularly extravagant.

Enjoy!

Hot tip: are you using wooden popsicle sticks instead of molds with plastic covers?

I like to partially freeze the popsicles for about two hours before inserting the popsicle sticks to help ensure they stand up straight!

Vodka Mudshake Flavours

While I love the richness of salted caramel, you can absolutely swap it out for any of Vodka Mudshake’s other tempting flavours: Creamy Vanilla, Classic Chocolate, Tropical Banana, Strawberry and S’mores.

Plus, keep your eyes open for these seasonal favourites: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Eggnog and Chocolate Candy Cane.

They’re delicious as boozy popsicles but can also be used in milkshakes, homemade ice cream, iced coffee, as dessert toppings and more.
