If you enjoy fresh, citrus flavours, you’re going to love this easy, 4-ingredient cocktail: the Summer Grapefruit Campari Spritz!
I first made it a few weeks ago for a photoshoot styling this new Villeroy & Boch glassware and loved how refreshing it was on a hot day. Not one to keep a good cocktail to myself, I whipped it together for my girlfriend Alex’s stamp of approval.
A fellow cocktail enthusiast, Alex is also a big Aperol Spritz fan and agreed that the Campari Spritz is similar in the sense that it’s also bitter-sweet and bubbly! But the addition of sparkling grapefruit is what truly sets it apart.
Here’s how to make it:
Summer Grapefruit Campari Spritz Recipe
Yields 1 drink
You’ll Need:
- 0.75 ounces gin
- 0.75 ounces Campari
- Prosecco, to fill
- Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, to top
- Ice
- Grapefruit slice, to garnish
Directions
Add gin and Campari to a wine glass filled with ice. Fill with Prosecco and top with Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Stir, garnish with a grapefruit slice and enjoy!
