Fa la la la laaa!

Well guys, its less than a month until Christmas and I’m definitely feeling in the holiday spirit. My decorations are up, I’ve already done some festive baking and we just returned home from five days at Disneyland which was over-the-top, FULLY decked out for the holidays.

Today I’m keeping the yuletide spirit momentum going by joining five of my favourite blogger friends to share how we’re getting comfy this holiday season.

This year, I’m ALL about the cozy Christmas loungewear and slippers. And not just because it’s Christmas – but because Edmonton winters are cold. Plus, if being 31-weeks pregnant isn’t a good excuse to be in soft, oversized sweaters and flannel all day, every day, then I don’t know what is!

Last month I found myself with a surplus of Old Navy cash and made the executive decision to be the most blinged-out human being to ever sit at home in sweatpants. I immediately fell in love with these rose gold and silver glitter moccasins and pink “Cheers My Dear” sweatshirt.

Seriously though, there’s nothing like a little glitter to keep you company while binge-watching Netflix! And they’re the perfect accessory to feel cute and cozy on Christmas morning.

Right now, Elle’s favourite cozy go-to is her Monique Lhuillier faux-fur sleeping bag. It’s perfect for us both to snuggle up and watch Christmas movies (okay, let’s be real – she’s a toddler so that means 20 minutes of a Christmas movie) or read books.

And, throughout the winter, I’m obsessed with bringing out her pompom hats wherever we go!
