If you ly-cheesy puns paired with a delicious cocktail, you’ve come to the right place. Today I’m shaking up an ice-cold Lychee Martini, a drink that I always get SO excited to see on menus when dining out.
These days we’re continuing to spend more time at home, so I figured I’d try my hand at mixing up this fresh and fruity cocktail here at home. The result was delicious – and SO easy to make.
It’s the perfect drink to mix up for your next Martini Monday! Here’s the recipe:
Lychee Martini
Yields 1 drink
You’ll Need:
- 0.75 ounces vodka (I used Grey Goose)
- 0.75 ounces lychee liqueur (I used Soho)
- 1 ounce lychee juice (you can buy lychee juice in a bottle, or simply reserve the juice from your canned lychees)
- Juice of 1 large lime wedge
- Lychees (fresh or canned) – to muddle and garnish
- Ice
Directions:
In a cocktail tin, muddle one whole lychee with vodka and lychee liqueur. Squeeze lime wedge and add to the shaker, along with lychee juice and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lychee fruit on a cocktail pick.
Pro Tip: Do you enjoy your martinis extra cold? Fill your martini glass with ice to help it chill while you make your cocktail.
How refreshing does this look?!

Thanks for your nice recipes in your Blog. Especially this one with the Martini. I would have never thought of chilling my Martini glasses with ice, if I hadn’t read this article in your Blog. Now I’ve already improved your Tip, because I’m putting my Martini glasses in the frozen food compartment for half an hour to an hour. This makes my glasses nicely matt and cooler, then just with ice!
What a fabulous idea! Thanks very much for sharing. Xo Holly
