Well, I can hardly believe it — Christmas Eve is tomorrow and I couldn’t be more excited! Aaron, Elle and I have two fun-filled days coming up at my parents’ and mother-in-law’s homes. Then the festivities continue in the New Year when we head off to the mountains to visit Aaron’s Dad who lives in Canmore.
And while we aren’t hosting a dinner this year, I mayyyyyyy have gone ahead and decorated a tablescape anyway.
But can you blame me — check out these pink beauties!
My birthday is December 21, so when Aaron rolled in with six dozen roses, you BET I jumped at the chance to play florist and put together some chic Christmas table centerpieces (if you had a chance to read my fall table setting post, you’ll know that I love designing tablescapes)!
So, just in case you’re looking for some last minute inspo, here’s my chic Christmas table setting with pink and silver tones.
Chic Christmas Table Setting
Given that we aren’t hosting any parties, I decided to decorate only with items I already own. I started with my versatile placemats, recycled glass dinnerware and steel flatware that I love using year-round.
However, it is Christmas, which calls for sparkle! I added a hint of glitzy sophistication with a beaded reindeer table runner, stemless ‘Cheers’ glasses and silver napkins. I then accented each plate with a silver Christmas cracker, glittery ornament and bottle brush tree.
I placed the three floral arrangements in the centre of the table runner and wound them in twinkle lights.
Last but not least, pillar candle holders and white Christmas trees completed the look!
Thanks so much for stopping by to check out my chic Christmas table setting. I hope you have a fabulous time with family and friends this holiday season, wherever this year’s festivities take you!
