Pear-fect Lemon Peartini - Pear Vodka Martini Cocktail with Grey Goose La Poire Vodka and Barcard Limon - Festive Cocktail Ideas

Made with Grey Goose La Poire vodka and Bacardi Limon, this fruity cocktail has a subtle, refreshing citrus flavour.

You’ll be a big fan of the Peartini if you enjoy light, crisp beverages like mojitos that pack a lot of flavour but aren’t overly sweet.

Let’s check out the recipe!

Directions:

Chill two martini glasses by filling them with ice.

Coat two pear slices with lemon juice to prevent them from browning and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, add the remaining two slices of fresh pear and mash them with a muddling stick for 30 seconds.

Fill the shaker with ice. Add the Grey Goose La Poire vodka, Bacardi Limon, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake.

Discard the ice from the martini glasses and then strain the beverage into the glasses. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a pear slice and lemon peel.

Enjoy!

Don’t have Grey Goose La Poire vodka at your local liquor store? I’ve also tried Absolut Pears and Smirnoff Pear Vodka and they’re equally as delicious!

Simple syrup recipe:

Boil equal parts sugar and water in a medium saucepan until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool before using.

When making simple syrup for cocktails, I usually use one cup of water and one cup of sugar. The simple syrup can then be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
